            Sir,

                        Most respectfully I beg to say that my father has been ill for well over three months, and he is on leave without pay these days. My elder brother works as a clerk in a local bank on Rs 2000 per month. And he supports us all, as well as his own family. My mother and brother will feel great relief, if you are kind enough to grant me a stipend from the Red Crescent found, to pay my fee and to meet other educational expenses. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
