The Juggler is a very interesting man. He is found in almost
every village and town. He earns his living by showing feats of his skill. He
is accompanied by a boy who helps him in his work. He plays on a flute with one
hand; and a tiny drum, with the other. Children and youngsters flock around
him, wherever he goes. He is also welcomed by the young and the old. He
entertains them with his humorous talk and clever tricks. He performs these so
skillfully that the eye does not follow them. He begins the show with the
cards, and goes on showing his tricks one after other, and people cannot help
admiring his skill. He takes a ring asks an onlooker to hold it firmly under a
handkerchief. But it disappears as soon as he pulls the handkerchief. Then he
pocket, and he is surprised to find it there. After that he takes a banana and
asks the people into how many pieces he should cut it without any knife. And
they are surprised to see it cut off into the some number of pieces, as soon as
he peals it off. Then he takes a turban and tears it into two equal pieces.
After that he wraps it up into a ball and sets fire to it in its middle. After
a while he unwraps the turban, and people are surprised to see it neither torn
nor burnt at any place. In this way he goes on with his tricks, and the
spectators spread out by him on the floor.
