The tiger is
a very cruel beat. Really speaking, it is a big cat. But is very strong and
savage. It is beautiful to look at. It has yellow hair marked very beautifully
with black stripes all over its body. It has a big round head, sharp teeth,
strong claws and padded feet. It lives in thick jungles and remains hidden most
of the day. It comes out of its den, at night, in search of its prey. It kills
goats, sheep, deer and cows. It likes human flesh most. It is, therefore, a
dangerous man-eater. At the same time, hunters are very glad to kill it. But
this sport needs a lot of courage and presence of mind. They side in a tree
with loaded guns in their hands. They wait for it to attack the goat fastened
to the trunk of a tree nearby. Its skin is their prize, and it fetches a very
handsome price.
