The story: Jahangir was a great Moghal emperor
or India. He was famous for and near for his justice. A bell was always hanging
outside his place. If anybody was in trouble, he had the liberty to ring this
bell. The emperor sent for him, as soon as heard its ding-dong. He gave him a patent hearing and did all he
could to remove his complaint. One day an old horse happened to pass that way.
It saw green grass growing there in abundance. It began to eat that with great
joy. Its foot fell upon the rope fastened to the bell of justice, and it began

looked out of the window. He saw the horse and felt that it was in trouble. He
sent for its master and warned him to feed it well.
