To
The
station master,
Wazirabad.
Dear Sir,
I
would like to draw your kind attention to the misbehavior of coolie No. 85. He
removed my luggage (a suit-case and bedding) from the khhyer mailon 25-10-80
and placed it in the rail car bound for Sialkot. I gave him a rupee, but he was
not satisfied. He threw it on my seat. Then I gave him rupee more and asked him
to return a fifty-paisa piece to me. But he said that he would not return
anything and went away, taking rot.
These
coolies are in the habit of overcharging, and you alone can bring them to their
senses. I hope that you will do the needful in preventing them from harassing
the passengers.

faithfully,
