A poor village once went to a neighbouring town. He was passing through a crowded bazar. He saw a confectioner sitting beside heaps of sweet. These were beautifully arranged in trays. He stood in front of the shop and began to enjoy their sweet smell. After some time the confectioner said to him, " Have you enjoyed looking at my sweet?" " Yes, I have", replied the poor young man. " Then pay me", said the greedy confectioner, " for seeing and smelling them. I am not setting here to provide you all this enjoyment for nothing", A pleader was hearing this this conversation with great interest. " Jingle a few coins" said he to the village, " and their noise will pay him for your enjoyment of their sight and smelling", The greedy confectioner could not but hang his head down in shame.
