The Aryans, the Mongols, the Huns and the Mughls led their forces through it, in the past, in order to attack India.
It begins at Bhangari, and goes far into Afaghanistan. The Afridis, a tribe of the Pathans, live all around it.
Khyber Pass
They look after themselves, because there is no police in this area. There no trees to be seen over here.
Only a zigzag road passes trough the hills and the barren mountains. The Shahgai Fort stands on a high hill beside this road.
Britannica Kid
It was built by the British for their soldiers to guard their own territory. The most important place in this pass is Landi Kotal.
History
It is 3,500 feet high. It has a big fort and a bazaar famous for its trade of foreign as well as Pakistan goods.
